I just would suggest that you put the new (bigger animate) ones on top of the pull-down-list

not much really. I'm trying to sort all my emails. I get over 80 each day so it takes up a lot of my time reading each one and deciding which ones to pass on, which ones to reply to or which ones to delete. I love my job tho so this part of it isn't too bad
